I operate differently. I was born in Dubai, grew up in New Zealand, and came back to build something real. My approach is shaped by both cultures: the Kiwi directness and the Dubai ambition.

This is the strategy most agents don't tell you about — because they earn nothing from it. Once your Dubai property appreciates, you can borrow against that equity and use it as a deposit on the next property. You're using the bank's money, not yours.

Buy a ready property. AED 1.5M apartment, 80% LTV mortgage. You contribute AED 300K down payment.

Property appreciates. Dubai's market grows. Two years later, it's worth AED 2M. Your equity is now AED 800K.

Refinance and release. Bank lends 80% of new value = AED 1.6M. After paying off original mortgage (AED 1.2M), you receive AED 400K tax-free cash.

I was born in Dubai, grew up in New Zealand in a suburb called Botany Downs, Auckland — which is where the name comes from. I came back to Dubai and built my career at the intersection of two worlds: the transparency and work ethic I absorbed in New Zealand, and the market depth I understood from growing up here.

In parallel with my marketing and PR work, I've transacted over AED 500 million in real estate sales and currently manage a portfolio of over 200 rental units for investors across Dubai.
